Northwest Flight 1495, experiencing hydraulic and brake failures, rolls into an A319 on the taxiway at MSP. The DC-9 was going about 16 mph. The cockpit crew of Flight 1495 were seriously injured.

(I really feel for these guys, having been the driver of a car that slowly hydroplaned into the back of another with nothing I could do.)
